Xiaomi 13 Ultra to cost €1,499 in Europe

25 May 2023
That nets you a 12/512GB model in either Black or Green.

notafanboy, 25 May 2023Literally around 1400€ for 8/256GB variant on Samsung'... more1400 for 8 gigs of ram is outrageous. Samsung needs to go back to 12/16gb ram for their ultra phones. In 2023, 6 gigs of ram is the minimum you need for a perfectly smooth android experience. 8gb Ram should be the minimum for flagship devices, and 12gb should be the minimum for any ultra device.

Super Android 22, 25 May 2023Theoretically they are the 3rd best phone manufacture based... moreYou're right that Xiaomi 13 Ultra is cheaper than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

WondaMobile has Samsung S23 Ultra at the following prices:
    1) 256 GB = £997.95
    2) 512 GB = £1,098.32
    3) 1 TB = £1,365.41

Base model of Xiaomi 13 Ultra is £827.99 (which is slightly cheaper than purchasing X13U from GizTop)

      Anonymous, 25 May 2023P60 pro is €1200. 1v is €1400. That is probably 256GB, I am talking 512GB.

Imagine paying this much for a Xiaomi 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Anonymous, 25 May 2023Paying €300-400 more just because 1 out of 4 cameras is bet... moreActually all the cameras except for the selfie one, are better, plus they have Leica processing. Perhaps you expected a 999€ price? Sad.

That bixby infested abomination is in the same vains with xiaomi's CrapOS. The only difference is, that samsung actually makes more money outta ads, because well, sells more.

So why would anyone in Europe buy this? I understand that some jumped on their cheap offerings, but to pay 1500 for a xiaomi...seems that they forgot who they are, they are not a premium brand and will never be, they will always be that reverse engineering "brand" that have stollen every bit of innovation and tried to be an iphone, never lift a finger to do something new... I would give them the money to get out of Europe.

I dont get what is there to complain about the price.
If this is the best camera first smartphone in the market then the price is right.
People spent 2000 on a foldable phones too or 4000 on a graphics card for there desktop computers. So it's not so off as there is market for it.

Even if this was the best phone in the market in every single way possible, some people would just look at that price and go “nah fam, I’m good”.

Xiaomi needs a marketing reality check: if you’re known for making mostly cheap phones, and providing little software updates for said cheap phones so that people buy the new version 6 months later, most people aren’t gonna take your premium offerings seriously, even if they truly are extremely premium. This is why Apple doesn’t bother going for the lowest end of the market.

Lmfaoooooo imagine buying this over an S23 ultra

Anonymous, 25 May 2023Xiaomi really think they're on the same level as Samsu... moreTheoretically they are the 3rd best phone manufacture based off devices sold. Also better screen, camera quality, charging, build, matierals used than the s23u and iphone 14 pro max so why shouldnt it cost the same? Also has over £100 of accessories bundled with it. Software on xiaomi phones is perfectly good and enjoyable to use (if we're talking flagship vs flagship I'd take miui over oneui any day of the week but thats just personal preference)

In the uk i can find deals for £900-£950 for 13 ultra, i can find s23u deals for £1599 (yes thats the correct price), cheapest is around £1200, i can find s23+ prices at £1149. Iphone 14 pro max cheapest ive seen is £1050 for base model, average is about £1250. This is also after samsung and apple making far more money than any other phone manufacture by a long distance too.

Its clear as a sunny day that theres clearly import/export issues or manufacturing prices etc which is pushing chinese brands EUROPEAN MARKET prices up

Just gotta be hyper critical of chinese companies still for literally no reason, shows the mental age around here and how jelous people are that the iphone nor s23u come in the top 5 current best smartphones overall. Lol

                          Every year same story.

Only chinese brand that succeeds in China at the price range of $850-1600 is Huawei.
Every year xiaomi makes clear only 1/4 of their all sales are devices over $350.

I don't know where you guys are getting your prices, but from my local store and Samsung official website the Galaxy S23 Ultra is 1600€ for the 12/512 GB.
So the Xiaomi is still cheaper.

Wow. Paying more for device that costs less to be made.
                              Even less than iphone pros.

Imagine proce if xiaomi was using same pieces. 😱

It's weird that Xiaomi obviously don't want anyone to buy one. Because that's the reality of the situation. This is more expensive than the S23 Ultra and the iPhone 14 Pro Max and people simply want pay it for a Xiaomi

Y'all being Samsung and Xiaomi fanboys but both the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra have their own pros and cons, it's the consumer's choice, no need worthless fights in the comment section.
