But th... moreAnd it's really a shame that Sony continues to stick with the SD 6 series for their Xperia 10 when they don't have anything between the 10 and 5 with SD 7 series. For this asking price, Sony should've done better if they truly intended to convince others to switch to Xperia in the midrange segment.

Livius, 29 May 2023Maybe it is, I don't deny it but I personally hate thi... moreHa? I really don't understand people that hate on sony 21:9 aspect ratio. Literally most people now use 20:9 aspect ratio. What aspect ratio is your phone? 16:9? The last time I saw a phone with 16:9 ratio is 2016.
Literally no big difference between 20:9 and 21:9 aspect ratio. Clearly anyone who says 21:9 aspect ratio is "tall" never saw and held it in person. I can't believe you're not trolling.
The only downside I see from sony is the price, which is justifiable given the hardware and reliability. At least sony phones doesn't randomly die like Chinese phones sold at dirt chip prices and then destroyed by their own chips. (xiaomi, poco, oppo,...).
Don't get me started with Samsung and Apple oversaturate photos... Every photo I took using those looks like it's been burned to crispt. Looks fake and overprocessed, these people that doesn't know how to take photos are impressed by it. Calling it "colorful" and "detailed". What are you trying to take lol? A picture or a mechanical blueprint? And 200mp... Pfffft. Big numbers looks good, am I right?

No hate on Chinese models but gotta people recommending them because they are cheaper, have >60Hz screen, amoled etc but fail to include aspects where they cut corners.

I would have gotten the 10 V because it clicks all my boxes. Except the processor. When I hear that a common problem of the 10 IV was that the phone closed apps that are open in the background, like banking apps when you just quickly need to check something to pay the bill, and now they use the same chipset, not fixing its issues, then I pass.
I understand that they want to keep the battery endurance up that way, but it's already so good that I could compromise on that. It's not that it would demand a very battery consuming processor to be able to do some basic multi-asking.
