The 10 V is basically the 10 IV with better cameras.
And honestly, when it comes to Xperia I can get over Sony’s update policy.

Xperia = 4K@60 h265 ➡️ 150Mbps
Galaxy = 4K@60 h264 ➡️ 80 Mbps ( h265 is even lower)
Samsung is always fooling costumers. Like Apple
