Most of that goes to Qualcomm and Samsung with the Snapdragon chipset and cellular connectivity parts being particularly pricey.

        First of all, this does not include assembly/testing/other testing and safety mumbo jumbo.

        2, 469 for the bare parts is pretty cheap. And if you do the math, Qualcomm gets a 165 every S23U sold (base model).

        If you can get all the parts and assemble it yourself, you can make your own S23 by hand and mod it, lol.
