Nothing Phone (2) renders show a more rounded design, dual camera setup

The Phone (1) had squared sides and a flat glass panels, but it was smaller too. The renders also show changes to the Glyph interface lights on the back.

I simply don't understand why you want to get rid of one of the defining characteristics of the phone. Sure they could have made more improvements. And if the price difference is too big the backlash will be fair. But we don't even know the price yet so I don't understand why people complain about the phone not having x feature or slimmer borders. It could be the cheapest sd8+ gen1 phone for all we know so far

              If this is it then it's just a disappointment. Nothing much changed from camera and design perspective. Telephoto was expected with this iteration.

Both are created by someone on a manufacturing line, both are made of metal, they have engines, dials, use some sort of fuel, are used to get from point A to point B. There is no difference between the first iphone and the latest right? Both have displays, batteries, cameras, processors, ports, buttons, speakers etc. You lack an actual answer because all the people saying this phone is the same as the iphone 11 are wrong and you have no argument to prove the contrary

There is actually far more in common between the iphone and an android phone than things that are uncommon. Really the only thing that is different is just the operating system but almost everything else could be considered "the same". It's like two cars from two different companies. You can still compare them even if one is fully electric and one is gas powered. The internals of every smart phone are similar enough that you can basically compare any brand to any brand.

                      What you're saying is implying that comparing apple to android is like comparing a helicopter to a submarine.

                          Especially on the people who play games and use the screen buttons then the hole in a corner probably blocks some buttons that are either on bottom as left or at top as right.

                          Also when i bought Poco F5 i didnt even look where the punch hole was as for me mattered most that it have 3.5mm jack and good performance chip in it and also bezel is limited where the screen goes edge to edge basically.

                          My preference would be the popup selfie camera or also under the screen as i hardly ever use it, but it's good to have for some rare occasion to make video calls or use the screen as a mirror for what ever reason. My last phone note 5 ai dual cam even had selfie cam flash that was good feature as i used it a lot in construction work where i needed to see something that was close to a wall some hole and then to see my side of the hole and it was good with the flash on and have the phone screen facing me while the rear is close to the wall so i can see whats there without tilting the phone and there for dont see in the 90 degree angle

                          For this Nothing phone the rear light show is just a gimmick that waste your battery life

It's a little difficult, but you can see it in bright light (if you get the angle right). There is a small rectangle hidden in the black border at the top of your screen (on my phones it is a little to the right of the earpiece grille)

                                        I really hope this has a LCD screen. AMOLED is to harsh on my eyes and there’s no LCD phones with the flagship processors , like snapdragon 8 gen 1
