The aim the company produce product is to get profit. So it is normal if every company try to maximize their profit to growth. But it is not easy cause it has many competitor.
So it need strategy to achieve its goal ( maximize its profit) how? To producuse product that there is no or few competitors in that segmen .
If we look at specs sd 4 gen2. It for sure not for gamer or photographer. The target market is for daily user. The soc use 2.2 ghz and 2.0 ghz. And it only has 1080p video recording.
If you need 4k video recording. It mean that you are not the target market of this soc.
You don't need feel frustating.
As a consumer, we can choose what we need. Like people say you get what you pay.

Don't expect t... moreWhen older chipsets at the same price range or even lower prices could do it just fine why should we settle for less? This ain't cost cutting to make the phones affordable, they are just increasing margins. It's frustrating how literally no phones around 200$ support 4K recording.
And before you say no one uses 4K recording, you're wrong, many of us do. It helps a lot with reducing grain and noise in the footage.

Gape between wifi 6 and 5 isnt big like wifi 4 and 5.

Exynos 1330 is one of the best low end soc out there, it outclass all A76 soc like G99, D700, D810 etc. Its on same class as sd 695, 4 Gen 1, D900 etc.
