Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 unveiled: the first 4nm chip in the series supports faster RAM and storage

The Gen 2 is also the first Snapdragon 4-series chip with 5G Release 16. Additionally, it has improved noise reduction and EIS for videos.

      A 2 bedroom 80 m2 apartment only required 1 WiFi 6 router.
      A 3-4 bedroom 120 m2 - 180m2 required 2

      An mesh wifi 6 from Huawei or xiaomi only anout $30-40/router

        When you are making low end soc you need to sacrifice things to make price low and wifi 5 is easier thing to decide.

            It doesn't specify which types of cores.
            For instance, the little cores could be Cortex A35, A53, A55, A510, or the new A515.
            Whilst the large cores could be a Cortex A57, A72, A73, A75, A76, A77, A78, A170, or A715.

            It is likely going to be 2020 technology with Cortex-A78 with Cortex-A55.
            But we might get a surprise with 2022 tech with Cortex-A715 with Cortex-A515.
            Either way, this is not meant to be a fast chip. It's a chip for the low-end or the USD $100-$300 segment, depending on other factors of the phone (camera, display, profit margin).

A23 5G had sd 695, A34 has D1080 etc. Can you give us Example of 350 Euro Samsung phone with Soc Equivalent of 4Gen1/2?

The higher the frequency the less coverage it have. 2.4ghz will have more coverage Than 5ghz and 5ghz will have more coverage than 6ghz. Unless you create Mesh of many routers run in 6ghz, and someone who can afford that setup probably won't touch sd 4 Gen 2 device.

                      Also wifi 6 use same 2.4 and 5ghz it's Wifi 6E which use 6ghz

                        2.4GHz & 5GHz WiFi 5 is too lagy for realtime gaming.

                          Clearly Qualcomm are signaling chose us over Mediatek 4nm as opposed to 6nm

Modern phones need at least 1 to 2 big cores to perform adequately. Also, A78 and A55 are better than the first few generations of ARMv9 cores. Apple still uses ARMv8.

                                  Well i thought its a significant upgrade but after seeing all specs its not so much upgrade but still its a decent improvement over 4 gen 1.
                                  Now expect many samsung phones with this chip with price tag around 350 euros.
                                  Mark my words.

                                    Qualcomm: our entry level chip now can use UFS3.1

                                    OEMs: keep using eMMC anyway

Like who would need fast... moreYou probably do not even have a router that supports wi-fi 6 and even more probably, you will feel no difference to 5 anyway. But what is for sure is that wi-fi 6 won't bring you to much when talking speeds, especially if you do not have 50 devices connected ro your router via wifi. It is not like if you have wi-fi 6 on LAN you will suddently have a faster internet connection! It does not work like that. You probably are connectd to the "internet" with a speed of 200Mb/s. Speed that's still covered by wi-fi 4 2.4GHz, well theoretically. So to put it more clearly. You need to upgrade your whole network and internet connection, to actually benefit from a device with wi-fi 6, and bump up your internet connection to 1000Mbit minimum. Till then, well have fun buying phones that have it. If it feals faster, it is placebo, or just because of newer faster hardware and OS, but that's about it, internet speed will for sure not be noticing faster.
