Our Asus Zenfone 10 video review is now out

Can a tiny smartphone really be a true flagship? Let's find out.

Sort by:

They make the phone 0.3mm thicker for the utterly useless Wireless charging coil, yet still can't find space for an SD card slot. The camera setup is designed for Video and while takes good photos, not as good as other flagships.
Yet, for a Video Focus phone it has no SD Card Slots. Don't Asus know how big their Video Files are? Even 256GB gets fill up fast by 4K videos.
Small phones are good, but SD card slots and a 3rd Telephoto lens would make far better and if the Selfie camera is around 19mm it'd be perfect.

If you want to use un-invasive sugar in blood device, consider smartwatch from Huawei (I think it's called Huawei Watch 4) or upcoming Apple smartwatch, even with those it's not 100% accurate.

I would not say to this as a flagship just cause it dont have flagship worthy cameras. and compare to iphone 14 standard and S23 it dont have much to beat them both. Only good feature is the headphone jack and thats it over iphone 14 and s23 that are same size while with better cameras and other features. Zenfone dont even have under display finger print scanner and goes the rout of side mounted that is on budget to middle class phones feature.

I dont think the under display finger print scanner is a good thing but there are some fitness apps for it to show your sugar level in blood sensor and the like for people who need to test that with poking a hole in there fingers daily.

As a flagship things like under screen fingerprint and good camera is expected and also more then 2 OS updates. Budget phone now days get like 2 OS updates already so asking 800 euro for this makes no sense. Just cause of the 8 gen 2 alone it's price should be at max 600 euro to make sense with plastic back, side mounted fingerprint reader and no flagship worthy camera that dont even have auto focus
