Just updated my Sony Xperia P (India) to 4.1.2. The update is superb.. for all those who cant update, pls update ur phone from Sony Update Service..It requires 580 MB of data to be downloaded so updating thru SUS is recommended.. Enjoy..!!!

Jb is alredy out in india, eager to update...as watched lots of videos on youtube, the fone lags after update...but the update is superb.. Lets wait for official launch or jb update...

I cant find any update in Sony website. I tried to update with PC Companion though. Still, its saying the phone already up to date. Can you please let me know how did you finish it?

i'm from sri lanka. still cant get jelly bean update here.sony site showing that it is now available (Latest available software: 6.2.A.0.400) but when checking for update it keep saying i have already up to date.. pls help....

jaycee, 26 Apr 2013tnx for the info! this is upsetting! after a long wait and ... moreDont cry for now...we have to be patient..just wait for our turn...i think sony has prioritized those country that having more xp device...even myself was eager to have jb update....after we get jb update what next for it...we have to satisfy ourselves. For what we had...im happy for ics coz I hav'nt problem with my xp in terms of having hd games like nba 2k13.

got my long awaited JB for my XP-P.Loving the interface.Apparently not a drastic diff can be found, but a lot of tweaks are in place and feels smoother.to appreciate the change, need to open most of the native apps like movies, albums, settings. its more user friendly and comes with better performance optimizing options.
you cant doubt google's engineering :)
