IQ200, 15 Jul 2023What year were you born? 2009.?
Sorry for this sarcastic ... moreThing is, when you're already paying so much for the phone, I want it to perform the best and especially not paying more for it in Europe just to get less performance from it than US customers. That's just insane.
If Galaxy S23 FE had Exynos 2200 in all markets, okay, fair enough. It's their own chipset, it could keep the costs down to be a more appealing device. But doing this crap divide again, just no. I hope Exynos version will be such a massive flop and that people would push back this dumb idea too that they'll stop this nonsense already.
No one really cares if Exynos was better than competition at one point and European users had an edge then. I haven't had Galaxy back then, I do now. I care about what's happening now and this is just wrong.

M, 14 Jul 2023Exynos 2200 is the worst SoC in the last 10 years. 8+ gen 1... moreWhat year were you born? 2009.?
Sorry for this sarcastic comment, I just had to do it.
Where were you when we had Snapdragon 805, 808, 810, 615, 616, 618? Or from Exynos line of SoC's such as 9810, 9820, 9825 and the biggest winner of all Exynos's the mighty oven Exynos 990.
Take just one look at all phones with Snapdragon 865 and compare it with Exynos 990. Battery on it was so unbelievably weak compared to that same phone with S865.
Now those were really trash. 2100 and 2200 are far from it, but the thing is that people already got fed up with Samsung's different offerings for different regions through the years.
Samsung would like to sell their phones with Exynos in the States too, but they can't because of the patent infrigments in Exynos chipset. They had to use the Snapdragon there which isn't the issue at all. The issue is that people in the States are having far better deals price and specs wise. And all that for a the same phone. Now that's a problem.

That's nothing but unfair for global.
At least give a Dimensity 9000 chipset for global. Greedy move here.

Slightly off topic: I just read an old article on gsmarena about s23 series sales over s22 series sales for the first three months. It showed an increase year over year. Does anybody know now the sales figures( six months have passed by). Also can sales numbers given out by companies be it samsung or apple or Google or any chinese company be trusted unless verified by an independent third party. Sure they have to pay more taxes if they report more sales so people may think they won't do that deliberately. But if they show less sales their stock value will decrease.

Oh, not again Samsung! We're back to region disparity between Exynos and Snapdragon.
