It's more comfortable to hold with one hand & you can scroll the control center from top of the phone easier with less moving your hand. How about gaming or watching movies? Eh I don't do both of them on my phone, mostly on my laptop. However that's just my opinion though.

                  Rumour has it that it will be powered by the Mediatek 7200. Pretty good upgrade for the class. Hopefully it won't have any price increase at launch. It will drop later anyway

The majority of Xiaomi and OnePlus' phones now have 6.67" displays. I suspect most people in China prefer large phones, while a lack of compact phones is a common complaint elsewhere. At least Samsung, Google, Sony and Apple offer some choice with size. Xiaomi, OnePlus, Realme and even Motorola, not so much.

                            I'm really hoping they make a cheaper compact phone, there's none at the market rn

                                Xiaomi 14 also use this design too, so this mean Xiaomi want to uniform same design like Samsung with their flagship and a series?
