I read in Android Widget Center that these features are expected in the new coming Android version (is it Jelly Bean or Key Lime Pie?)
Adding support for installing new themes
Different profiles for different locations and situations
Better synchronization with Google services on android
        Parallel Windows
Adding an option to disable update notification
Ability to choose where to install the app
        Better notifications

I think they did it just to retain "Jelly Bean" name and virtually decrease fragmentation.

What I mean is - rename KLP in JB just to unify as many Android OS as possible.

I personally don't really mind. JB is an awesome OS. I don't think it needs huge changes. Just a few touches here and there and I'm happy.

Good, this will ensure allow developers to catch up as well as decreased fragmentation.
