AFAIK, there's no app that can use all the cores at full speed.

    Already stated Geekbench 'favours' iOS

    iP14 Pro Max GB5: 1890 & 5423; Antutu 9: 955884
    S23 Ultra GB5: 1537 & 4927; Antutu 9: 1241531

    Xiaomi 13 Ultra multi core and Antutu 9 figures are better than Samsungs

    Even though the article figures are Geekbench 6 there is a significant improvement in absolute numbers due to faster clock speed in all clusters Gen 3 use compared to Gen 2

    Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen are Octocore, Apple Bionic A16 is Hexacore

    Gen 3 outperforms A16, If A17 comes in higher, Geekbench only, the amount of sleep you lose (actually gain) in real world performance is measured in seconds

    And still they harp on because Snapdragon exorbitant as it is is marginally faster

    For a those keeping track Mediatek flagship SoC will arrive more or less last Quarter 2023, Samsung sung Exynos 2400 soon thereafter

          Please bring back curved displays on s24 and s24 plus even midrange phones have curved screens and better designs than galaxy s series. I remember the s9 and Note 20 Ultra days when samsung designed phones like a champ. past 2 years its just plain boring...

              A battery's typical and actual capacity differ. The actual capacity will be either higher or lower than the typical capacity.

              In this case the typical capacities are probably 5000mAh, but the actual capacities of these specific cells are 4775 mAh and 4855mAh.

                Then I will not purchase S24 Ultra which doesn't even have 5000+ mAh battery currently I'm using S23 Ultra it has 5000 mAh battery but for me it's not enough. 1 time charge must give 12hrs sot then that's good but my s23 ultra last 6.30 hrs sot in qhd resolution it's not enough for me if s24 ultra doesn't have 5000+mAh battery I will not upgrade

                  Samsung is playing a dangerous game... Blame the monopoly they have! better just launch the galaxy s ultra and stop doing this nonsense every year

                    Meanwhile CPU side is still catching up, but then there is the fact that Apple should start to use 2 more performance cores since just 2 is no longer enough.

                          apple dont care their chip cost as they sold a whole-product (phones/laptop), not just the chips, different to qualcomm and rest (samsung-semi/mediatek)

                              Also, Snapdragon is superior in every other benchmark

                                        Its funny to see, so called tech enthusiast here don't know that rated capacity of a battery means minimum and typical capacity means maximum,

                                        Because all batteries can't be created with exact capacity. There can be a difference upto 100-200 mah in different units of same device

                                        S23+ have rated capacity of 4565mah and S23 ultra have rated capacity of 4855mah.
