Anders, 31 Jul 2023So actually BBK is the biggest smartphone manufacturer with... moreNo. They are subsidiary companies of BBK that competes with each other that is why they are not counted as a whole.

Indians who earn 10000 rs per month are buying iphone in installment, no wonder.

So actually BBK is the biggest smartphone manufacturer with 40% market share. I really wish companies like counterpoint would stop counting sub-brands as separate brands

Anton., 31 Jul 2023is that who in their right mind is going to spend more than... moreYea. Build quality is essential at premium price. Lot of chinese phones lack there. Even flagships fail in the slightest bend. So who's gonna pay that much for a fragile phone ?

Actually thanks to S21 fe selling for ₹32k (390USD).

Thanks to the Galaxy A54 being trending 1, sales in India are up. The A50 series used to be $300 but now it has touched $500. Counterpoint says ~$366 is in the premium segment and ~$549 is ultra premium.

Understand that the gray region where it says Others, is nothing more than Apple, but they put it that way so as not to overshadow Samsung since this medium owes its loyalty to said brand hehe

Slowly clients are realizing it is not worth buying anything from realme and xiaomi that cost less than $950.

Xiaomi is still selling phones with microUSB, no NFC and has audacy to rebrand devices from 2020/21 to sell now as 2023 phone.
