SK hynix is now shipping its 24GB LPDDR5X DRAM, will debut on OnePlus Ace 2 Pro

The new memory chip allows OnePlus Ace 2 Pro to open up to 53 apps simultaneously and hold up to 41 applications open in memory for up to 72 hours.

      Someone please explain ... is the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro what will become the OnePlus 12 at Global launch? Or is this a completely different line of products?

        Now you've got 24 GB LPDRR5X in your hands, although 16 of them being useless

          Well my Moto Edge 40 Pro have 12GB ram and is pretty fast.
          Before i had my Xiaomi Mi 11 lite 5G with 6GB ram and had no issues apart the game known as Clash of Lords which i play since 2014 or so.
          Game were run smoothly but sometimes on certain spell effect i feel a litle bit lagg.

            And here we are now with phones having 20+ in RAM...wow, technology is incredible (or I am old haha)

              here I still use LPDDR4X with 4GB RAM phone without extended/virtual RAM, I have installed more than 5 social apps which will eat it in the background and I play Mobile Legends with Ultra settings the game never crashes or hangs..playing WoT Blitz high setting also doesn't crash .. the phone is also still running smoothly after getting 2 Android updates.. And I ask myself do I need more than 4GB? At the moment is no.
