More regular Fan Edition releases await starting next year.

If they want Fold and Flip for everyone they should place it in mainstream in Samsung Galaxy A34 5G price range and Samsung Galaxy A models clasic design replace with Fold and Flip design and keep MicroSDXC memory Card Support IN.

          SAMSUNG push back that every issue is related to dropping the phone and damaging the hinge. My screen died and was replaced under warranty - pretty much a new phone was returned. My partner was not so lucky - as the warranty lapsed and it was quoted as a USD 300 repair.

          I love the form and the compactness .. but want a phone to last more than 18 months.

            We all know that main screen of nonfolding phone even one under 100 bucks is way more durable on main screen that folding device.
            Glass is glass and glass will breaks it cannot fold or flip it will breaks.
            Folding and flipping screen is not from real glass thus it can bend, flex, flip or fold but will not breaks with folding.
            But if i try mohs pick of 3-4 on a 100 eur phone nothing happens with screen if i do same with even hohs pick 2 on a folding screen phone will dies.

            So once again.
            First company no matter which, LG, BOE, Samsung, Ashai, Corning etc will make a screen which can withstand Mohs pick 6 or better it can flip, bend, fold, flex but will not breaks no damage by nail i will be happy to give it a try and buy a folding phone.
            Other my requirements are price under 800 i hate tossing money out of the window.
            And a charging speeds under 20 minutes where battery can last full day even when data always on and i spend 2-4 hours a day by gaming.
            Specs good enough to run Clash of Lords without laggs and i will happily buy.
            Also no minecraft like camera with 2 Mpix.

              I could for example mean testing device at samsung store or at network carriers such as O2 Telefonica or Telecom or Orange, Vodafone etc.
              Device which anyone can see, touch and play with because it was made for this purpose.
              Still remains the same.
              As long as the durability of the screen is main problem this device and any fold or flip are no for me. Reasons remains the same.
              Unless Jerryrigeverything or someone else proves a folding screen can withstand mohs pick of 6 or better ill be happily to give it a try and use a fold or flip phone from some brand.

                    There is nothing like fan.
                    You like it, or you hate it. There is nothing between.
                    And as long as the main screen durability is the main issue i.e. equal to soap stone and repair cost almost as much as buying new device there is nothing like Fan Edition.
                    All flips and folds, regardless of the brand and because the main screen durability problem, should be renamed to FE Feared Edition or Fail Edition.

                    When first company does not matter from which brand Samsung, LG, Boe, Corning Ashai etc. make and release flip or fold with a screen which can bend, flex, fold but does not breaks and will be equal to Gorila Glass Victus or better, also user will be able to put propper screen protector on it (for example Panzer glass which also can bend, fold, flex but will not break) we can speak about a great device.
                    One day this will be possible i am sure of it. But right here and right now, this is a no for me and is a no for many else people who gave it a try but the device failed to impress.

                    Rewritten and corrected for you to make you happy a little.

                              I haven't switched to a foldable phone yet because they don't feel sturdy and durable enough, not because they are expensive. Maybe in a few years, but definitely not now. Too fragile for me.

                                      I think what a large portion of consumer want, is a more durable with decent specs and a low price tag phone instead of this stupid easily scratched screen.

                                        There will be never a UTG that is GG victus quality. Anyway, no one would scratch their phones on purpose; even if they accidentally do, it won't be visible and does not affect visibility.
