Android.Oreo, 24 Aug 2023It better have 256GB option. no chance, the regular 8 will only go up to 256. Pro goes up to 512. No way the ultra budget a series will be equal to the mid-range.

probably helps with battery life. Honestly most people just use their phones for browsing the web, taking photos, and playing videos. Despite haters constantly whining about how bad Tensor/Exynos is, it's already 300% more powerful than what is already used for. Battery life is really the only weak point a normal user would encounter.

Google and Samsung like Apple designs own chip but did it give them any edge of other Android OEM who just use generic ones made by Qualcomm, even Mediatek? Rather Exynos and Tesnors devices are worse in performance and efficiency than Qualcomm and Mediatek devices.
This shows the actual CPU performance and efficiency is what matters. Geekbench 5 shows G2 is even behind A13 and probably tied with A12. This is reflected when these phones are used. No amount of optimization will make up for performance and efficiency that's almost half a decade behind. Laughably, they increased core count to 9, most gimmicky thing to do, won't change anything! Only ignorant ones will think 9 core means it's better than 6 or 8. Like they think 200mp is better than 20mp!

7a was just released. Should we get phone every 6 months? We have less and less resources.

Even if they used 7+ gen 2!

Pixel 8a? At this point, to me, it seems more likely that it is Pixel 8 only (which has slightly lower clocks compare to the 8 pro).
