Looks good. I prefer this over the curved Pro+. I believe Xiaomi has removed the plastic insert between the screen and the body this time resulting to a more polished look.

So this is their plan? Just release ancient chipsets over and over again just under a different name? Great job Crapmi

Ah thank god we still have the 2mp macro camera

Something we consumers can't live without

alirezaasol, 21 Sep 2023xiaomi announces too much phones. i think xiaomi had about... moreThere are 12 devices in the redmi note 12 series

If only they kept the same pricing overseas. And only those three models and not the upcoming 20 devices under the same name.
Anyway, hoping to see some benchmarks, sustained performance and battery efficiency on that 7s Gen 2. I'm honestly kinda tired of having Mediatek as the main choice on several midranges. Just look at the Redmi Note 12 series this year or Samsung A34. Qualcomm needs to fill the gaps that make OEMs pick the recent Dimensity rebrands (7xxx/8xxx series).

the 7 gen 2 or whatever it's called, its gonna be a china exclusive, like almost evey 7 gen 1 phones that have been "released" so far. and for the global prices, just add about 100 euros for the pro...

i think xiaomi had about 16 redmi note 12 devices!
it's better to focus on device support more and reduce the number of models.
