Dimensity 8100 has powerful GPU whereas this chip has downgraded one as compared to true 7 series processors. Also IPS LCD is always better than crappy amoled displays which can be killed through updates just like batteries.

Not as powerful as 7+ Gen 2 which is more powerful than 888+.

hmm, 22 Sep 2023That note 13 Pro will blind you with that 1800 nits of brig... more2 MP macro camera is useless. Give it minimal 5 MP macro and 12 MP ultrawide but use FHD+ screen instead of higher resolution screen screen. 395 ppi screen is enough for our eyes especially for the price we can't complain for. Gorilla Glass 5 is enough because we can still buy tempered glass. Give it 6 or 8GB of RAM (with fast speed RAM) to cut its cost. More than 8GB is for more powerful chipset (upper midrange and flagship).

~6.7 screen, 5100mah battery, 67w charger and SD7gen2 = SD 888+ all for a bit over $200. I just don't see why would one asks for anything more than that...If it has T-Mobile bands I am getting one just because its such a good deal.

i think xiaomi had about... moreI prefer good hardware over long term software support especially from Xiaomi with Snapdragon chip that allows you to install custom rom on it so you get longer term software support that be longer then Samsung and Apple.
If Xiaomi would give 4 OS updates and 5 years Security like Samsung then there phone prices probably be like 100-150 euro more expensive too
Each update be less optimized on older phones especially when brand have 12 models on redmi series in a year. Think of the work it takes to support with software and optimize each phone with the update.
Anyways it's useless to ask updates and support when it's a China phone and all the western world hate China and are scared of it hard core
If rest of the EU countries fallow Finland example then maybe Xiaomi wont do global versions anymore as they wont see a point. China is large enough country to sustain them

That note 13 Pro will blind you with that 1800 nits of brightness.
Also to see this 1220 x 2712 screen size on a middle class phone that we see on flagships.
Camera seems to be ok and cant be complained much as it's a middle class phone.
These 8mp and 2mp are useless but well not a lot use them anyways so who cares.
That 13 Pro seems to be priced nice for China market as under 200 dollars.
In EU it be probaly around 350 euro and even with that money it's pretty good specs
