                They should obviously not limit it to France, they should release it at least in the whole EU.
                It's as if you would release a software update for "North Carolina", because "obviously" they don't travel to "South Carolina" - it's weird when US companies don't understand that EU countries have no borders, a problem I don't see with Chinese companies for example
