Huawei and Qualcomm have thousands of 5G patents, but many are trivial; only a small number are essential. It's these that are necessary for successful 5G operation.
Remember "Nokia reaches 5,500 patent families declared as essential to 5G"
Huawei can't use their 5G tech without licensing them.

Dedicated mirrorless camera have much, much bigger sensor size than phone.
Phone use a trick, pixel binning to compensate, so that 60MP phone camera will most likely output 12MP picture. This is due to the phone system picks the best pixel out of 5, this is called 5:1 pixel binning.
It's also worth noting we are talking about selfie camera here, so space is even more valuable than the back.
You can't just slap 1/1 sensor on the screen unlike phone's back, even more so comparing it to mirrorless cameras.

***In 15-20k....Moto Edge 40 Neo is probably best with all round good features with IP67 rating.
***For 20-30k...Moto Edge 40, Pixel 7A, iQoo Neo 7, OnePlus Nord 3 are all good options.
For 30-40k...Galaxy S22, Nothing 2, Pixel 7, Oneplus 11R are best.
For 30-40k previous flagships or flagship killers are available for good price & i sincerely believe that there is no need to go beyond 40-45k for a phone.beyond that you are literally paying for luxury of looks & some extra convenience features.
Depending on your preference & usage you can choose any of above & you'd not regret your decision.

The 50Mp sensors are roughly the same size as the 12 Mp sensor, implying similar optical systems and performance. What that means is that with pixels a fraction of the size, each pixel is less sensitive to light, and so low-light performance and dynamic range are compromised.

While they do own some 5G patents, most of it is licensed from Huawei. Similarly Huawei has license from Qualcomm for their stuff. All non-Huawei phones (including Apple iPhones) use the Qualcomm chip for the "5G part". So if anything it is the US using Huawei patents.

No, all 5G patents are not owned by US. In fact most of the 5G patents are owned by Huawei. The next is Qualcomm. Huawei and Qualcomm has patent cross-licensing agreements allowing them to use each others patents. Huawei's inability to make 5G chips in the past has never been about 5G patents. It has to do with Chinese chip fabs not being on the same level as the leading edge TSMC and Samsung facilities.

I just cant believe that Huawei is producing three new chips Kirin 9000s, Kirin 830 (rumored), and Kirin 730 or 720(rumored) despite that they maybe stockpiled chips, but how are they going to keep up?

Also are the rumors real that the kirin 9000s is on par with the sd 888 or sd 8 gen 1 or between the sd 8 gen 1 and sd 8 plus gen 1, maybe we will never know unless they release the phone globally
PS. Please people stop hating other people who have negative comments about Huawei that are actually true, learn to decipher real news from fake news. GROW UP PEOPLE, GROW UP
