        I know Samsung use their own chips for the margin but using Snapdragon would probably sell more units as it would be near perfect.

          It must be pre production numbers... Dimensity 8100 which is ARM V8 has A78 cores and is 97X single core and 34XX multicore.

          If it goes near those numbers, it should be on the ballpark of SD 865. Still... they should now give Wireless Dex since is too much power for the phone.

              These are pre-release unoptimized scores,will increase with final build.

              4x 2.75 GHz A78 + 4x 2.05GHz A55 is identical to Dimensity 8100 CPU clocks.
              So considering Samsung fab disadvantage & even accounting for slightly lower chache/RAM speed,we can expect Exy.1480 to be lower than D8100,Exynos should score around 850-900 in GB5 single core & 3200-3500 in Multicore.
              If turned out to be true then we'll finally see a good midrange Exynos that'll surpass SD778+

              Now regarding GPU...Well nobody knows.
              Hope its RDNA3 with better optimisation compared to Exy.2200 which turned out to be disaster because of poor optimisation & support.

              I also believe that there is a huge Performance gap between their S & A series. Recent flagships showed healthy performance improvement especially in RAW GPU Strength so this performance gap is gonna get wider.so we need good midrange SoCs that can provide atleast ½ of the performance of the last year flagship or ⅓ of current one.

                              But if I had to guess, best case scenario maybe around Snapdragon 855/860. In reality, might be closer to 778G+

                                        Any clue to which existing chipset is comparable to this? It's gonna be crazy if it's around the Snappy 865 / Dimensity 1200 league.
