Now, this definitely needs some explanation as it leaves open whether or not this KI is collecting private data from the phone with or without permission and whether or not it is sending private data to suspect places on the internet.

I am saying even sd 865 do 8k 30, after that sd 888 also, after that 8 gen 1 also, after that 8 gen 2 also. I know 8 gen 3 after 4 generations of upgrade from sd 870 is powerful enough to do 8k 60 but it provides only 8k 30.

Exynos like snapdragon also only give 8k video recording at 30 fps from genration to generations but, I am really sure that it will support 8k at 60 fps recording with it's powerful 10 core CPU and 12 core GPU.

I am sure that dimensity 9300 and Exynos 2400 will give 8k video recording at 60 fps. Dimensity 9200 from mediatek is first chip to get 8k video recording 30 fps support. Because it has 1 high performance cortex x4, 3 medium performance cortex x4 and 4 low performance cortex a720.

Oh yeah? Last I checked, audiophiles wanted quality over quantity. I'm an audiophile and I'm not excited about all this, because its unrelated to quality.

Only generative AI and 240 fps gaming maybe at 1080p, 1440p or 2k only good features are added. All other things are exactly same. Atleast I expect 8k video recording at 60 fps will surely come but that not happen from sd 870 which supports 8k video recording at 30 fps. It not happen even after 4 generations of upgrade after sd 870.

but yes, battery drain should be a top priority

sd 870, sd 888 can do 8k recording at 30 fps without hdr , sd 8 gen 1 and sd 8 gen 2 can do 8k recording at 30 fps with hdr but why sd 8 gen 3 cannot do 8k at 60 fps without hdr ?

A17 Pro still has a long way to go to catch up with Adreno GPU. Only leads in CPU, but the difference is practically unnoticeable. Go see gaming comparisons, which is ACTUAL real-life applications, not your fake geekbench/antutu synthetic benchmarks.

People here talking about which SoC is faster, what gen they need to wait for, none are mentioning how the 8+Gen1 phones will be $329 and the 8 Gen2 will be $429 with UFS 4.0 next year...
