If any Chinese brand designer wants to be taken seriously, they should stop copying design elements from Apple. Like if you want to be better than Apple or Samsung, you should stop copying them :)
The titanium edition has a suspiciously similar backplate color and flat brushed titanium edges like the 15 pro natural titanium.

Curved screen is just one thing that stops me from buying higher-end flagships. Really, they just make it hard to find tempered glass screen protectors, and would increase accidental touches. Forget about thinner bezels causing that, 3d curved screens are even worse.

Oh that... actually looks a lot better than expected. Huh. For once in a while an OnLeaks render was actually a bit inaccurate. Looks pretty nice and the specs look good too.
People are inevitably going to comment on the titanium option so I may as well be the first - they're not hiding the fact they're trying to do an Apple. Even moreso than others. Even the metal bit around the camera bump is colored like the button on the Apple Watch Ultra, lol.

Not a lot in the hardware department from what I see, but mostly in the software and imagine processing area, especially now, with AI becoming so powerful and being implemented more and more in the image processing

The Xiaomi 14 looks very good. Improved in nearly every area from the Xiaomi 13 and the launch price is slightly cheaper than the 13 (300rmb cheaper). Better cameras for each camera, front and rear. 4K60fps on the front camera and USB 3.2. The only disappointing thing for me personally is still no band 20. Not much point in going for the pro really. The Xiaomi 14 is a really well balanced offering this year. Phones in China have been getting quite a bit cheaper in the last 6 months. The competition is really fierce at the moment
