Apple should focus on improving its OS as well.
It is obviously jealous with the success of Samsung Galaxy Line up, knowing it takes the lead not only in the US, but also world wide.

apple try to fight other company as all the feature on any device is thire idea , but nothing change on there device, from 2007 up to now whats the new on apple phone, i like apple product, i have the first iphone and 3,4, we new device from iphone has alot of feature and application can compete other device.

Isn’t it amazing.. every time you see something like this. “Galaxy S4 becomes fastest-selling Samsung Smartphone ever” Apple come up with something like this... Apple request’s the US District court to allow it to add the Galaxy S4 flagship to list of banned Samsung phones.. Ever since Apple started all this suing the only time they are in the news is when they are losing sales and market share. Or are being sued or suing. You never hear them releasing anything new or innovative.. Makes you think.. Samsung and Android rule!!! Again Apple do themselves no favors but simply keep hammering the last few nails into their own coffin..

apple get their profits from sammy.. xD because of the poor sales they thinking of suing sammy always so that even they had a low profit atleast they also earnings from sammy. so it turns out like apple is an employee of sammy that getting salary from it hahaha!

Apple is following the golden rule...if u cant beat them, sue them. And sue them they did. They just dont seem to understand that Apple is a computer/mobile phone/mp3 player company whereas Samsung Corporation is a global conglomerate. They manufacture electronics/cellphones/appliances and even huge ocean going ships. The mobile phone division in Samsung is just a small section which Samsung manufactures and they are better at it than Apple Inc. The turnover Samsung makes in an year including sales of cells, electronics and ships is close to $20 billion. So Apple should think carefully before suing Samsung any further. if they burn this case and if Samsung counter-sues for defamation, that will be the end of Apple Inc. The half eaten apple may be left with just the center stalk.
