I'm waiting for the day all the judges assemble in a choir and shout out a huge "F U" to both Apple and Samsung.
Once governments get pissed off they get really pissed off - remember Rockefeller or Microsoft? Once companies grow too large the gov steps in with a sword to slice them. Be careful Apple, you're still growing, you're an american company, the foreseeable future is right there waiting for you and we all know history likes repeating itself - better calm down before it's too late. Eat some candy maybe?

Arg the battle and argument between these two companies won't end. Apple is forever going to sue Samsung & I also think Samsung won't quit copying from Apple.

Hasn't Apple made ENOUGH money??
I think it's time we all learn to share and get along.
As someone who was an Apple customer in the past, and as someone who is strongly considering purchasing more Apple products, it disgusts me how greedy the company is. Almost to the point where it makes me want to boycott their products. I guess all Apples go bad with time.

i think apple is currently re organizing, their OS vp has just been replaced and it was reported that Tim Cook never wanted these lawsuits however it's board members decision.. must be alot of pressure going on with delayed releases and os development, if the rumored low cost iphone is true and just the right size then it's worth the wait

What has Apple actually INVENTED for someone to say a company is copying them? Got it, they are patent trolls. But confusing patents (since prior art doesn't matter) is is different from copying. What has Apple invented?
