Sony Xperia ZR won't launch in the UK, Germany and France

The Xperia ZR is shown as coming soon on the official Sony UK website, so it will be available in the UK. I can make a pretty good guess as to the source that told you it wouldn't be - this source also says that the ZR doesn't have 4G. 30 seconds on the official Sony website tells you quite clearly that it does have 4G. So wherever they go their information from, it is completely wrong!

boomer, 14 May 2013thats like comparing the galaxy s2 with the s4, s2 didnt ha... morexperia z has brilliant battery life? do u even know how many people complain of the battery life at xda forums and the comment section of the XZ phone itself?
Stamina mode is stupid aswell, it barely does anything with battery life.

Hi everyone, I think this information must be wrong. I have been looking at it on the Sony mobile UK store and it's listed as coming soon. So how is it that it's not coming to the UK? I for one will be pre-ordering my X-ZR as soon as it's available. See the link below for the Sony UK website :D

i was actually thinking of getting this phone as a second phone but if its not going to be in the uk market then i guess not, wonder why it isnt gonna be released here, people are crying out for phones with smaller screens but powerful specs, this certainly fits the bill, stupid to miss out 3 big european markets

Sony at times makes some really good phone, but repeating the same design over an over since leaving ericsson is going to lead them back in debt. Theres more to design than a candy bar. Remember Flip, Swivel, Slide, Twist!! C'mon look at the market, it would sure make a difference!
