Since 1980 China started it widely and ought to give them credit for what they have build upon. Don't think any other country could make such an economy on mostly others IP. Kudos to them.
Now comes the awareness against these practices. Hope companies hold others responsible for their action. If you ain't willing to pay, go develop or build your own.

I find the word to be misused, that is why i put it in the brackets. Giant is something that goes up, most of this tech "giants" go "fat" to fat i might say. tech giants are basically SAVIOURS and saves the name or the main thing recognisable title or name ..But even ''GIANTS'' can be in situation when by fraction can lead to bankruptcy..
Like fakebook had to rename themselves to Meta.. Buy other platforms in order to stay above the surface...

But some are just scared of change or look for quick money so they sell and invest in other projects, this is rich people mentality, and yes, that won't change. Giants are tough on the pick, and they are not seen with the same eyes as they were some time ago, some people awake from their sleep and start supporting home grown companies, more then ever before. Of course, that is not enough to recreate the balance, but is a start. If only ignorance could be eradicated, balance could have been easily restored.

In the past there was no amazon, nor was there the chinaware armee of crapholders. That is why, in the past there were way lesser law suits then now, but they were still happening. This is not suddently, this is a very long fight between them, protecting their assets, and others who want to use them for free.
