Anonymous, 09 Nov 2023You buy Samsung once and you won't look back. Forget a... moreSo much this, Samsung greatly improved their low and mid rangers. But judging by your reactions and replies, this site is still very China centric and they love their Chinese phones (which honestly aren't bang for the buck phones anymore as they used to be). Times are changing.

Thanks for the heads up, I only had one reason to buy Xiaomi phones, even if they had terrible track records. Not buying anymore of your spam and bloatware filled phones.

Way to lose almost all of your customer base, Xiaomi.
Rooting is the only reason people buy Xiaomi phones. Cheap hardware for an amazing price, but the software (MiUI) is absolute d*gs**t.
You root it as soon as you can, and even that is made harder by the fact that Xiaomi makes it so annoyingly difficult to unlock your bootloader.
Recently the Mi Unlock tool has become even more problematic - not unlocking even after 7 days, resetting the timer, not allowing users to add their devices etc.
This is the beginning of the end for Xiaomi. I was thinking of buying and rooting the Xiaomi 13 Ultra because of how amazing its sustained performance and thermal stability is but it looks like they just threw themselves out of the competition.
