Because current technology isn't there yet to create a seamless crease on folding screens and for a company that focuses on seamless notch less displays that's a no go it's been 5yrs now and Samsung still hasn't removed the cheap looking hole in their screens

Cause if you did you wouldn't be talking about some stupid nits or pixels. 1IV/1V has the creamiest image when viewing media especially animated features. No Samsung display can replicate such smooth cream image quality. Samsung displays are like digital overboost of vividnes, saturation, contrast and other crap.

                When it comes to brightness 1V has close to 900 nits of sustainable brightness. That's manual brightness at which point display can burn forever unlike auto brightness which is time limited. But specs are specs, real life experience is something else.

                  Samsung is just the cheap mainstream garbage. Mediocre software with more or less top end hardware.
                  Huawei for...dunno, cheap phones. Both camera and software go to the Pixel. Alternatively iPhone, if you can deal with that ecosystem. Of course, some less developed beings just buy Apple for status, but you can't fix the dumb. And Xiaomi for fast charge...really? Those speeds are not even realistic since it cannot possibly pump +100W in there for longer than maybe a minute. Putting aside the questionable software.

                    And the purpose of that signature is what? Utterly meaningless.

Most people won't really tell the difference or ever use that quality on their phones. But you gotta understand it from a company's point of view, understand that this "4K" screen-stuff is more of a marketing strategy; just a way sell more phones since the best specs or biggest numbers always attract customers, even though those specs or numbers are there just to "show off" to say the least. And I suppose all we can do is assume that they'll raise the brightness on their displays, since it has become like a competition among brands lately, who has the brightest screen

                                Hopefully this doesn't affect replacement parts, HOPEFULLY.

                                      Sony better give 4-5 yrs of support for the VI series as an Xperia user the worst thing about sony phones is their software. The phones are practically tanks but the the bare bones OS is just not justified added to that the short support length. Sony needs to develop it's own apps rather than rely on Google

                                        A34 has Dimensity 1080 it's low to mid soc and have nothing special its weaker than sd 778G, D1020, 7s gen 2 and plenty of soc found in this price category, but you guys praise it and claim you want more performance at low price. That's show how hypocrite you guys are,

                                        At same time A14/F14/M14 5G with E1330 Cpu wise is almost same as D1080 at half price, and beat any low-end for less than $160 price category, phone like M14 not only give best performance at it's price category it give like 10hr Sot Time, no low-end beat it performance and battery life, but hey let's ignore this phone doesn't Exist and find some other model to make my favourite brand looks better.

                                        Even A15 at best it match other Oems, 2 cortex A76 is best you can find for sub $150 for exception of sd 4 gen 2, with 5G it even beat like of G99.
