That at 230mm they have real 12mp (since right now we have 10mp scaled to 12 digitally). Not only would it help you gain an extra point of detail in photography, but also so that you have better stabilization in video.

Full HD and Exynos? I feel sorry for the vanilla S24. That's not S series, that is A series. Thank god my renewal cycle landed on S23

those old phones, except for people that keep their old phones
there are many people that trade their phones for new phones
and those old phones get recycled anyway
enviroment damage from phones actually is phone manufacturing
rather than old/sold phones, phones manufacturing push tons new phones every year and obviously tons of carbon footprint/pollution
i think we agree at base-cause, but if you saying removeable-battery as solution, i dont think it will have any impact as whole, as long tons new smartphone produced each year and tons of people replace their phones

They really did the base S24 bad this time around. It has some weird cuts; WIFI 6E, 8GB, Exynos(eww).
S24 plus having a much bigger screen, much bigger battery, QHD screen, 45W fast charging and bigger vapour chamber was enough to justify the price difference. These weird cuts just make the S24 feel like it is not a true flagship.

Those lame copycats aside, the ultra on the other hand looks wonderful with a flat screen (i hope it's actually flat) and might be a worthy upgrade of my S22 Ultra but only if it comes with Snapdragon, guess we'll still be waiting to find out
Besides the flat screen, i also hope the bezels are even on all sides, that giant chin on the S22/23 ultra is a real eyesore and looks cheap

They really did the base S24 bad this time around. It has so many weird cuts: Exynos(eww), WiFi 6e, 8GB. Wtf are the doing? I understand it has to be less than the plus but the plus having a much bigger battery, much bigger screen, higher resolution, 45W fast charging and bigger vapour chamber was enough to justify the price difference.

Flat screen!?!? So now we have a cheaper looking phone, we get thicker screen bezels and cracks all over the screen instead of just on curves. ...and its much cheaper to manufacture, yet it won't be cheaper a single penny.
