Only the upcoming reviews will tell whether or not the 14 Ultra is the next best thing since sliced bread or not.
One thing that makes me somewhat skeptical: 3 out of 4 rear cameras have tiny 1/2.5" sensors, which is so much 2017/2018. Some recent cameraphone flagships are using 1/2.0" or even 1/1.5" large sensors for their utrawide or tele-lenses.

The large effective diameter of the periscope camera (7.76mm) is incredible, the largest on any smartphone (Galaxy K Zoom has 6.98mm, Huawei P60 Pro has 6.93mm, iPhone 15 Pro Max has 5.59mm).
A larger effective diameter leads to more light that is captured from distant objects per exposure time, it leads to a better theoretical resolution limit of distant objects (diffraction) and leads to more background blur at a given field of view (for example 720mm).

1x to 3.2x to 5x seems like a weird progression to me, while 1x to 2.8x to 6x optical on the Oppo is more smooth, progressive and logical.
Don't know how they will compare in reality, but to me just from comparing specs the X7 Ultra seems like the clear winner.

Final price of some phones is surely more than €700. Not everyone asking €1300 is selling phones that cost €450-500 to be made.

13 Ultra was too big of a change compared to the 12S Ultra, that's why the 14 Ultra seems like such a minor change. The 12S Ultra was a kind of minor upgrade compared to the Mi 11 Ultra as well but these changes all stacked up and we got this phone. I just wish Xiaomi had bigger sensors for the telephoto or the UWA, having 3 IMX 858 isn't as big of a flex as having 2 IMX 890's like on the Find X6 Pro. I guess they're saving a multi stop aperture and better/newer sensors (like the new LYTIA ones) for the next Ultra, makes sense but still, horrible pricing from Xiaomi for their flagship as always.

abd why does not have f1.4 camera like pro, is they stupid why so cheap

I guess cars should cost £1000 aswell and 4k oled tvs should be under £300 for any size.
