poco x6 pro user here, hyper os nothing special compare to miui. Some anonymous setting/notification slide down panel copycat ios. Not stabled as miui 14, battery self drained 1% every 10 minutes not even touch the phone.

I just download hyperos and the status bar isn't blurred. It's just the same color gray the icons is the only one that's been changed

This article seems confused - it talks about a new OS based on AOSP, but isn't it just the latest skin on Android 14 ?
If it's built on AOSP it's *not* android at all

Xiaomi methods of os distribution is very poor not to talk of the many models they release. Samsung is far better in terms of software distribution and more stable. Not happy with Xiaomi OS distribution.

already running on hyper OS since a couple of weeks. 2 things are to be desired:
1) SOT counter. Idk why but the feature seems to be removed . The battery life is decent but idk why they removed the SOT in settings
2) Lockdown mode is missing. I guess it has always been that way in miui but pls xiaomi can I have it. It exists in all other Android skinds I guess. I'd like that on my phone as well

I don’t understand the excitement. Xiaomi 12 was released in late 2021 with Android 12. Of course it will get Android 14 as it’s just 2 generation upgrade.

My 11T that I sold to my friend got HyperOS earlier than my 13T.

Maybe i should buy Redmi instead of POCO, they seem to get update easier and faster.
I though POCO was above Redmi...

Why is the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G absent from all these lists but the non-Pro 4G is not? I have this phone and just got HyperOS two days ago, but it's never mentioned on any list

It is only the preview program that started in February.
