Google Pixel 8a to be more expensive than its predecessor

If 8a also gets the 7 year upgrades and upgrade the sensor to a 1/1.56 one, then it will be alright. The a series was always more rounded and overall less 'beta-testing' devices than regular and pro.

Not a hardware company. And still laughable to see 128gb non expandable models getting shoved to the masses. Bet it also has usb 2.p protocol. 🤣🤣

I find more value in the 'a' series due to its compact size and more discreet design. The 7a looks incredible in its coral color. The 8a is sure to look amazing in its mint color. Perhaps they will increase the number of years of software updates, which is currently 3 for the 'a' series.

128 and 256 of storage without microSD support is pathetic, regardless of price range.

I still don't understand why people pay highly for a phone that never leaves beta status. But then again, sh3eps will always just follow.

Makes sense to be honest. Tensor G3 is a flagship-grade chipset and has a better camera prowess than it's class.
