On the subject you've indicated both A55 and A35 have got 6.4" screens but in the article further down, you say 6.6". Which one is correct ?

          The A55 may aswell be a FE model at this point, it has a nice design too. I usually dislike midrangers but this doesn't look bad at all... its finally where we used to be with the old A series (A9 from 2019 for example)

            6.6" and thick bezels. Oh. It's not a shovel, it's a power shovel.
            I was waiting for A55 because of MicroSD slot, but after this HUGE news I've just ordered 6.2" S24.

They are at a disadvantage in China though as a foreign brand that doesn't manufacture in China so they suffer heavier taxes/duties than the local brands but in overseas markets like Europe all brands are subject to the same taxes so it's a level playing field. I'd never get a Samsung phone whilst in China but in Europe they would be an option

                              So there it is, and in my country Samsung decide for this price go with useless Fit3 as a deal. Not doble storage or at least earbuds, but useless Fit3 which I won't use and can't sell, only give it for free or for beer. A54 was overpriced at start but with addons to bring it to real price, and there we have just overprice alone. A55 256 and Note 13Pro+ 512 are close in real price for me, and it's not obvious now (Like I hate OneUI less than MIUI so i have expectations for A55). Now it's bigger than 54, xiaomi have 200Mp so it can zoom a bit better. The only thing I'm wondering now - is new GPU and ISP bring something to camera and how it compares to A54's battery life. So waiting gsmarena test for it.

A lot... moreYeah, yeah yeah.. it's mostly availability and carrier deals is why Samsung still keeps winning, after that comes their software support. They are available everywhere, but in markets where everything is available like in China, interestingly enough they can't compete.
