    I got my Zenfone 9 for half this price a year and a bit ago. Top processor and specs at the time. Interesting design with the textured back, unique camera module, and flat sides. Plus it came with a charger.

    This Ultra phone looks so generic, is priced the same as all top phones and being big it just has nothing unique left about it.

      I love Asus and have always used only Asus ZFs but due to their new trend of no memory card slots, I'm now forced to switch to another brand. I always go for dual sim plus memory card slot and a high battery like 5k mah. If a phone doesn't have these options, it's a no from me.

                        On Giztop for example you could buy phones like the 13 Ultra, X100 Pro and X7 Ultra for this money..but sure, we will definitely choose the Zenfone over these without a charger ! 😃

                          So this time, the ROG and Zenfone are just rebranded versions of each other, and priced like an ultra flagship without the proper after sales support or OS policy of a phone of this price range

                          The designs looks quite generic as well. Gone is the typical ROG phone design, or the compact form factor of the older Zenfones. IDK what this company is trying to do with many drastic changes to the lineup but good luck to the very few buyers that will buy this

                                I hope it's a bit cheaper than this. One of the good parts of the zenfone lineup is the great value you get

                                  Asus is now recycling its phone. Their ROG Phones that cost like an iPhone is just a clone of their Zenfone line now lol. Imagine paying $1200 for a clone gaming phone with just an added shoulder triggers lol.

                                    Not including charger is okay but at least they should give buyer 60%+ discount for compatible charger. They should give buyers options.
                                    Me myself are still actually rocking the HMD Nokia 6.1's 18W charger that I got in 2019. Since then I changed 6 phones and the charger is still work. Currently using Redmi Note 11T Pro bundled with 67W charger but I still use the Nokia one most of the time as I'm not in a rush.
                                    Samsung 15W ones on the opposite is mad unreliable and broke down for less than a year.

                                      Why would anyone buy this when the rog phone 8/pro exist? They should had stick with smaller phones.

                                        That's above ROG Phone pricing. You can literally go on Asus's site right now and order a 16/256 ROG Phone 8 for $999.
