I'd really like to try one, but why choose one over a Pixel, when Pixels don't suffer from any of these three issues?

Also, Asus, Sony and Nothing include a UI that's close enough to stock, and they all have better cameras.

          Anonymous, 09 Mar 2024Plastic leather 🤮I personally like "faux" leather, and would choose it any time over a glass back. The plastic can be very grippy, and won't shatter like glass. But to each their own.

                What happened to Motorola having big batteries on their phones? Nowadays I don't even consider a phone with less than 5000mah and just switched my OnePlus 11 to 12R for the bigger battery.

                        Looks good, no nonsense and I expect a good price.
                        Would rather have a flat display but its not a dealbreaker for me.

                            but what is it - typical moto one year of updates?

                              I know there are many haters of the curved screens.
                              I have good news for you. Most of the other manufacturers are creating rectangular boxes with pointy corners and flat screens.
                              I have helt the SS 24 ultra in the hand and its corner sticks in your hand.

                              So look for any of the other manufacturers and leave this Moto for those who LOVE rounded corners and screens 😘

                                If you want to gain market share quickly you need a mobile phone with a camera that catches the customer's attention.
                                You can easily increase the price of a phone by 100 dollars if the camera is TOP.
                                Thanks to that the Chinese brands are gaining market share. With phones with cameras that compete with the top is how you make a name for yourself in the high end.

                                  Ugly from the front, ugly from the back and nothing new! This year's phones are not worth it... it is better to wait at the end of the year for new and better things to come, the Orion cores with Snapdragon* perhaps a new internal memory, better Ram, Android 15 with more AI than ever etc etc and hopefully some other manufacturer will finally be encouraged to put the camera under the screen, because apart from ZTE no one else wants to do it
