Oh, and Samsung held back Jelly Bean for the SGS2 until only recently. It's been available for almost a year fully stable as a ROM if you'd checked the forums.

Android gets as many 'updates' as the user wants.

I've had over 20 different roms from ICS to JB installed, working, and updated with nightlies from this year alone...

I'm not hating on Apple, and I am not siding with Android. I am giving you an honest opinion. Seriously, why does iPhone 4S and 5 have software differences? The hardware is practically the same; processor, and graphics. Although the iPhone 5 has triple core graphics, and the 4S dual.

iPhone 4S and 5 are both capable of running the same software. This is why a jailbreak is necessary; to make the elder devices compatible with new features. Seriously, no photo filters for iPhone 4 and 4S? That feature is a basic addon.

Apple just want you to buy their latest product, that's all. :(
