Here's why Samsung won't be selling the Galaxy A55 in the US

      So they intentionally made the A55 so overpriced, and the A35 so close to the A54, while having worse cameras, that last year's flagships are a much better deal, so people can taste how much better a flagship is, and stay with the S series from that point and onwards.

                The last remaining Samsung factory in China were closed in 2019.
                (Go google it)

                Most of Samsung phone were made in Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil, while most of the flaghsips being made in South Korea.

                  same should apply for any other country and the A55 shouldnt need to exist in the first place...
                  the A series should be a step down from the S. With the upper A model reaching so close to the flagships and the fe series being a thing now the line is blurry.

                  Tldr Fe and a5x shouldn't exist on the same market anywhere

                    By those statement you can buy S23 or S23 FE or even get a lot cheaper S22 everywhere else instead of A55.
                    In other words there is no need for A55 everywhere else.
                    Then why only US wont get it but rest of the world will???
                    Certain stupid but hey its a Samsung who cares.

                      Samsung is pretty much saying this out loud while still selling it elsewhere, and also giving us Exynos in S23FE and S24... how much bullcrap do they think the entire world outside of NA and SK can eat?

                        US residents willing to get it can still get the global or European versions which will be definitely compatible with most of gsm bands from major US carriers.
