      The front display looks like a cheap chinese phone (Poco X3) from 2020.

      I hope Google won't complain, if only small number of people use this phone.

        When we got a render of a Pixel 8A with thick bezel and 90Hz screen: "this phone is garbage!!!"
        When we got a render of a iPhone SE 4 with thick bezel, 60Hz screen, and just a single back camera: *quiet*

        I mean, I'm not saying that this phone is any good or better than it's competitor, but it's just funny to see that people keep complaining when it comes to Android, but no matter how bad am iPhone is, almost no one complains.

                    I honestly don't get why google is so hell-bent on making their entry-level phones look like cheap garbage.

                    I mean, sure, it creates incentive to upgrade to their flagships, but at the same time those who buy the 8a will be rocking a phone that clearly screams "cheap" and "broke" to other people. Ironic, considering that its price is the opposite of cheap.

                    There exists a fine line where a low-end phone can look cheap, without actually looking cheap. For example they could've just made the chin somewhat thicker. They didn't need to make all the bezels very thick.

                            Google need to stop with all the garbage leaks about they inferior junk devices that no one are interested in buying it just show how desperately and pathetic.They are nothing good about the horrible Pixel 8a with the tenor g3 that's going overheating alot and it's going to be inefficient it won't last half day to perfectly honest.The huge bezels in 2024 is disgusted and should be ban and Pixel built quality is a atrocious to the point where the power and volume button start to drop off after a one or two years and the display brightness is awful in bright sun light.The OnePlus 12r at $499 it's a far better buy then this atrocious Pixel 8a or if you can afford to buy the iPhone 16 or plus model that's even far better then any inferior android phone at any price.🙊💰🤡

                              The only reasons to get a Pixel are camera performance and updates. Unfortunately, those are enough to convince many buyers. They don't think about the slow charging, poor battery life, heat issues and potential hardware issues such as poor modems.

                              I'm currently using a Motorola Thinkphone, which provides a better overall phone. The camera is reasonable with Gcam, but if I'm going somewhere where I know I'll take photos, I can take my Pixel 6a. Problem solved. Not waiting two hours for my 6a to charge is a relief.

                                I thought the earlier leaks mentioned 120 hz display. That was the only thing going for it anyway. Whoever thought of this design must be critically ill. I hope they recover soon.

                                      I am increasingly convinced that Google only recycles the garbage that Samsung has lying around! in warehouses collecting dust, this looks like one of the Samsung A30xxx or 20 series, I'm talking about the panel and that ugly chin! They did the same with the last generation of the watch!! What's wrong with Google???
