An excellent alternative to Samsung, OnePlus and others? Or perhaps good but overpriced?

For the Pro and Ultra's price, I see them as a Google and OnePlus competitor. Personally, I'd go for the Edge 50 Pro. Even though Motorola went a tier down with the SoC, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 can still give plenty of firepower for mobile productivity, especially when using Ready For Desktop Mode. Also, 8s Gen 3 and 7+ Gen 3 aren't much different apart from the CPU and GPU.

I understand, somehow, what you mean, but it just doesn't work that way. No company is going to pay you for your opinion because people (most people) like to give their own opinion even when they're not asked for it. At this point, you could also say that GSMArena should pay us in order for us to post comments in the comments section

      Pathetic and overpriced, they even have the audacity to give you the budget 8s Gen 3 rather than the proper flagship chip at this high price and to add insult to injury, they give you only 2 Android updates and a measly 3 years of security updates. You have to be a complete moron to buy this over the higher quality alternatives like OnePlus, Samsung or Google, overpriced e-waste.

              the edge 50 ultra is definitely one of my favourites, if it were available here at least..

                  All these phones are like 40-50% overpriced. The chipsets arent the highest end for their "range" and they tryna rip off european customers. The 50 pro Costs Half of the eu price in india.

The the midrange, up to Poco F5, have a jack. Then "Pro" versions won't have any. Now midrangers might probably not have any at all after seeing the jack-less Poco F6.

                          Too big

                            Small batteries killed my interest, I don't trust company marketing gimmicks when paying premium

Most phones can resolve 8mp, while most phones can't resolve 33MP. Honestly though most of my video is filmed on a real camera which is better in every way than 4K from a phone. It doesn't even have 8k, according to these smooth brained people that should mean it's a bad camera.

                                        i went for- no it cost's too much - as it is true for all of them for what you get. i would never get any though as they all have curved screens.
