Fanless cound be dissaster it could overheats even on playing golden axe from 1889 or wolfenstein 3D from same era or old Dune great grandmother of all RTS games.

Windows running on ARM, this makes no sense knowing how terrible Windows is on ARM. Just because NPU has 45 TOPS on paper that means nothing if Windows runs on its own spaghetti code to function on ARM at all. Frankly, I'll believe it when I see it run in action and thoroughly tested. But it just doesn't make sense because Windows has never been usable on ARM. One thing is hardware specs on paper where Snapdragon X Elite is great and how it is when it's running Windows. This can't be compared to Mac device running MacOS on their own M series chipset.

I'm glad this processor is going to make it into mainstream laptops as opposed to Qualcomm's previous laptop SOCs which essentially nobody used.

I hope we have more choice for laptops than the "designed to break" Lenovo Yoga

If 800-950 USD, then it has the potential to be a M3 MacBook killer. Let's see what CineBench R23 has to say though.

Looks like my dark teal yoga pro 7i 2024, except port positions.
I hope qualcomm/microsoft gets it right and more app developer support this platform. Im planning to buy another laptop for my daughter and im considering another yoga because i really like mine.
