It doesn’t matter how easy it is to fix if this phone doesn’t last long. And with a chip slower than the iPhone 7’s and only 2 years of updates, I think even the pro model will show its age quickly.

720p screen, terrible SOC and 10W charging.. This is technology from 10 years ago.

This whole repairability would make sense if components are performant enough that would make sense to keep using the device for years. I don't think Unisoc T606 can provide that long term...

Got my Pulse in Meteor Black coming tomorrow can't wait.

It's dead on arrival. Why would I devote my time and money to repairing these phones when the specs make it pretty much obsolete already? Just quit HMD.

                    10w charging in 2024. What a bunch of e-waste.

Things change. Painfully slowly. But they do change.

Yay, 50mp selfie cam that can only resolve 6mp 🥸 rear camera 10 if you're lucky. Can't wait.

Azu10157, 24 Apr 2024Regular consumers will see the pro moniker and think there&... moreThat is exactly why regular user buy a Galaxy A55 or even a budget A15 because regular user don’t care about specs and regular user just want a phone to replace an older phone. Most consumers do not buy a flagship because why would they?

But I use Nokia G22 since not too long so I am skipping new phones for this year and next year.
These phones are replacing the G series

I heard the TSMC Will raise up chips price and I saw this. This is waste. I hate phone manufactures.

I just don't understand this, I really don't. You can get a 1 year old Moto model that will blow these out the water specs wise. The same with other Chinese manufacturers. Yes there is repairability but is the processor going to function well in 3-4 years time as apps get bigger?

All that hype for this? How can any HMD employee be excited for this, let alone going out and making the public excited?

All that climate wokeism has led to this e-waste! This better be a stock clearing move, otherwise I don't see how this is different from the C and lower G series devices under the Nokia branding.
