      Can you be more specific with this? And as for country availability, I'm 100% sure they aren't coming back into some countries where they pulled out due to Playstation piracy.

"You use expandable memory and wired headphones? Get with the times, old loser! You expect technology to please you? No one wants your old style, fool! No one wants to see you in public!" I don't understand this attachment people have to environmentally exploitive corporations that are destroying democracy. Sony isn't the worst but they're not innocent either. I don't understand why people care so much. I doubt that they are major investors. It's just a phone. Hopefully this will encourage Sony to sell their phones in countries they abandoned as some of us would like to buy them but they're still too expensive for most of us anyway. I don't understand ageism either. Why would anyone want to die young? Wouldn't you want to get older?

                Who cares about how much Samsung and Apple sells more? The article is all about Sony's higher pre-order count in Taiwan than previous year. Be it from resellers or from themselves directly, legal sales are sales, no matter how you look at it.
                Your life must be that terrible for you to mind this news so much, when this is just some interesting tech news for everyone to read if they are interested.
                Such similar report articles are made for Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, and other brands here at GSMArena, yet you selectively chose Sony, of all smartphone manufacturing brands, to criticize for their growth in sales. Now that's some incredible level of insecurity right there.

                  That red color is a beauty, I hope Sony is successful with this launch, it is the only one that is not in the infinite loop of boring colors, holes in the forehead and curved panels.

                    Up from how many? LOL. Apple has like more than 50% market share over there, with Samsung taking 20% or so. It’s good that Sony is getting some sales, but let’s not get too excited yet. Also, how many of those are from resellers?
