Qualcomm quietly unveils the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset

It appears to be similar to the Snapdragon 695 and Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 and not a successor to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.

    Let's hope the Redmi Note 14 gets to use this rather than repeating the 685 for A THIRD year in a row, or worse: Ends up using some mediatek crap.

      Is Qualcomm trying to be Xiaomi with their naming? Where is the 6 Gen 2, or the 6 Gen 3, or anything that would've made sense? Plus it's worse than the 6 Gen 1, like that makes any sense.

      Still using only UFS 2.2, but at least it's TSMC, not Samsung.

        It's definitely more of a successor to 4 gen 1.

                  In Indonesia, 5G networks virtually not available anywhere, hence, 4G is still relevant.

                        Qualcomm: makes a "new" 4G chip with A78 core and UFS storage
                        OEMs: we'll stick with Helio G85/G91, thank you.

                          If oppo, HMD, or vivo will use that processor it probably price around 350$.

                            Oh it has 4G version. Hopefully Redmi Note 14 will equip it instead of Snapdragon 68* again 😂

                                    Ah yes, phone oems putting this instead of dimensity 7000 series. Even dimensity 6000 series has more modern modem and is cheaper.
