If you are buying on their uk website you can add their clarity earbuds for £5. Personally I’d rather wait for a price drop but if you don’t.

I now use a nokia x30 after a very long line of flagships, i definetly do not feel it to be slow in comparison, and i never once got frustrated on it's performance because it just works, and quite stable too. Lag, no crashing whatsoever. People do not get it, because they tend to use chinese devices with tones of bloatware and never actually used a proper device with garbage free OS.

If they put sd 7 gen 3 or dimensity 8200 for this price, nobody would complain. It is interesting device with only one weak spot, chipset.

Edge 50 Fusion has a better display, IP68 ratings, bigger battery and faster charging speed. Micro SD slot and 3.5mm port are the only positive sides of the HMD Skyline.

Android 14 flys on nokia x30 with no issues, really none, no crash no nothing. 7 gen 2 will do even better, so i do not see where this "very underpowered" comes from, and why people complain this much without using the darn device for 2 weeks at least.

I would like to address the phones' processing power issue. I have many phones, some more expensive, premium ones, and also some medium rangers. In recent years, medium class processors work just fine, maybe except some heavy gaming, so the premium phones aren't THAT great in actual use, comparing with the less expensive ones. I was surprised how well perform the Nothing 2a, but others too. When the software is well written, processing power is actually not a problem for most tasks and most people.
There are people that have an issue with mid-rangers, without actually trying one - I encourage then to try them.
And what strangers and "friends" think about the phone you're using, should never be an issue.

The SoC could be better (7+ gen 2 or to make 4k@60 fps possible), but if the bootloader is unlockable, I'll buy this phone

if it's camera actually good then i think it is a decent all rounder phone which doesn't skip out on anything like most phones do in this price ,sure 7s gen 2 is very underpowered but I think for day to day causal task it can do the job just fine

I already bought one ! After the gold standard of Nokia 9 of course this device is not perfect but which is ? Not even the Nokia 9 PureView... overall the experience is satisfactory...

Anyway! This one sells in black too! But I would definitely choose the pink one!

It seems very interesting actually. The key thing that determines whether it's a hit or a miss is the software, in terms of both support and stability. The metal back is also very interesting to see. It's a very decked out phone for only £400, and the only other issues are the chipset (7s Gen 2 is fine, but not great for £400) and the display protection only being Gorilla Glass 3. I personally would've used the Dimensity 7300 and Gorilla Glass 5, but these aren't such major gripes for me when it does so much so well and has it's own unique aesthetic too.

The colour looks great. I don't understand why people hates pink so much, it's like their insecurities get the best of them, like they think pink is girly.
I personally like it though, in the sea of black and white phones.
