Samsung unveils new Pro Plus and Evo Plus microSD cards with up to 1TB capacity

They use a new, more power efficient 28nm controller, compared to the 55nm controller on older cards. The new controller also promises improved durability.

Anonymous, 01 Aug 2024Galaxy S25 series should have a MicroSD card slot then...They need an sd card slot made especially for these new class of microsd. But I doubt they'll come back on flagships. Worse, the A56 and A36 might not have it anymore.
