Don't expect to see it in an actual shipping phone just yet.

Most have full aluminum back covers, vapor chambers are really thin too, no problem fitting in a tablet. Even tablets without any vapor chamber like ipads are much better than the average flagship phone. Something like lenovo legion tab at 11 inches would be good for 300w.

The Wattage does not matter at all, it's just a number. A standard has been set and it's now super easy to understand what's better or not. A 65W charger is better than a 25W one. Easy.

Nearly everything has always been the peak measurement for everything. From tyres to Pcs to cameras to phones. Everything was measured in a perfect environment for the best performance. For example the battery life numbers such as 24 hour battery on products or the 0-100 km/h time for cars done on prepped surfaces.

Why don't you complain about all that then? Jeez you complain about this small inconsequential thing but support the fact that Samsung still uses a tiny 3x telephoto/has poor processing and others like Apple/Google are better just cus of more updates

Anonymous, 07 Aug 2024Larger/thin > small /thicker Z4 Tablet (2015) had z... moreyou're wrong. The 810 most likely never used more power than the current gen chips. After the 888 each and every chip maker started pushing for too much power, which lead to high performance but not necessarily better efficiency.

So if you have an SD 888 or 8 Gen 1 then sure let's see how it fares in a thin vs thick body.

Besides, it's been a well known fact for a long time that Sony always throttles hard and never likes to push the chip.

Higher temps doesn't mean exactly how much the chip is producing heat, it's the hotspot temp if you're using an analysis tool or if you're measuring the body it's just waste heat being put out across the body. What even are you on about?

Frankly 65 Watts should be the minimum and the sweet spot in this day and age. And people mentioning 18 Watts smh Apple reality distortion field in full effect.

After a year of use my battery capacity is at 93%.
Honestly slow or fast charging it have nothing to do with batery life personal experience proven the difference is litterary zero.

Your statement makes no sense because billions of people have a super fast charging phone and have zero issues with phone or charger or battery.
Including me sporting Motorola Edge 40 Pro with a 125W charger since july 2023 and using only this charger and only this charging speeds.

The only your problem is only in your head moment you erase your problem and fears you will love fast charging ability and will never ever return back to 10-25W charging speeds.

After a year of use and charging every day sometimes een twice a day my battery is at 93% capacity according to some android battery app.
In other words its fine and its definitely not dangerous for use for phones who have been build for this fast speeds.

Another example a good friend of mine with Nokia 150 used my charger and battery collapsed for good.
