The S19 Pro had Si/C battery but the V40 Pro said to have Li-ion in the specs tab, dunno how they fit that battery in the same body with older tech lol, I think using a 1/1.56" main cam is sort of a downgrade because the previous one was an established Sony one. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but idk man
I wonder why Vivo releases these phones so frequently. Waiting 8 months is one thing but 6 months is outrageous. What about the people who got the V30 Pro? The V40 has IP68, nice, the V40 Pro has Dimensity 9200+ which is an awesome chip. Why didn't they do it in the first place or idk wait till like let's say this June and release them when they get the stocks?
I think Vivo and others are just following the Xiaomi type confusion tactic. Throw so many products at the customer that they're just gonna go buy the inferior one and give you lots of profit comparatively at some point. It's truly sad because they all do make good products. Either this is predatory or foolish.

Amazing hardware. But, at this point, the 13T pro is a formidable contender.

Instead of SD 7 Gen3, they should've used D8250 for V40, but overall, I liked the serkeş. 50 MP UW is a perfect edition tho
