Galaxy S4 (the original model without include variant like Zoom, Mini & etc) sold 20million unit. More than all cheap & top Lumia models.

Nokia can't get back with windows phone 8. I have a lumia 720. I don't hate it but its got no stand in front of android. I don't see any scope for wp8 to come along android because of it's way of design. People would only buy lumia because of it's build design and not for the software at least I didn't .

Maybe no profit, but an increase in sales and an increase of WP popularity. Sooner or later, that will turn into profits. If Nokia really would be killed, why will their phones still get a huge amount of attention and interest here and all over the net?

Still waiting for a Nokia android. I use HTC one. Bought the lumia 720 few days back. I wish it ran by android. Nokia is missing easy money to Samsung.

Those phones sell good, not because they are great, but because Samsung has a very penetrating marketing policy. That is what makes those phones sell like hot cakes. I see 1000 ads on TV from Samsung phones, I see zero from Nokia. And Nokia should invest more in tv ads and other sorts of marketing. They increased sales, which is good, but they need to be more 'visual' to the people.

the important info here is that sales are up, which means 1 thing WP is more popluar, and as it gets more popular it gets more publicity, and then even more sales. this together with all the news of the samsungs and apple phone batteries exploding wil lalso push more people back to the better build quality of Nokia.

Just 2 reasonably successful models are not going to turn things for Nokia n Ms. They need to launch a new hit every month. Looks difficult though.
